If you receive an error message during check-out stating "Your transaction cannot be processed." it means your credit card company or bank has blocked the payment as part of their consumer protection program to prevent un-authorized use of credit cards. If you receive the message while trying to place an order on website you should call your credit card company, their phone number is on the back of the card, and advise them of the amount of the purchase you are trying to make online.
The credit card agent or bank agent can then release the block on the credit card and you can proceed with the order.
